Dangerous Desert

The Dangerous Desert update was released on July 7th, 2023. This content update included 3 new mobs, 2 items, and a weather system overhaul.

Mobs

• The Bandit is an adorable little asshole that will sneak up on you, take 1000$ from you and run away. If you can chase it down, you'll be rewarded with diamonds, gold, and a desert survival essential; a mask. The mask will help you breathe during dust storms and prevent you from taking damage while outside. You'll still be safe inside.

• The scorpid is an angry red scorpion that will sting you if you get too close. These things are decently powerful but relatively slow.

• The Cactus Guardian is one of my favorite mobs so far. If you see a shaking cactus stay away if you are un-prepared, and excercise caution if you are lmao. These things are powerful, fast, scary, and activated by walking too close to it.

Sandstorms

• Sandstorms are a new weather event that only happen in the desert while its raining in the rest of the world. If you're caught outside without a mask on you'll slowly die until you either take cover, or put on a mask.

Items

• Masks. These items occupy your head slot and are a must for desert survival. You can get these by killing bandits.

• Guardians Blade. This is a "godsword" that has a 50% chance of dropping on the Cactus Guardian's death, does 16 attack damage and will make your enemies regret getting on your bad side.
